You need a place to hear yourself again.
Tiny Steps to Riches is for the woman who is tired of measuring her life against everyone else’s. Good financial decisions do not come from copying somebody else’s life. They come from understanding your own, then letting the money reflect it.
We start with the woman behind the numbers.
You do not need another perfect plan.

What we believe
Most financial education starts with numbers.
We start with the woman living behind them.
Before a budget, an investment, or an automatic transfer can help, it has to be connected to something that matters in her real life. That is how a money habit becomes more than another rule to follow.
Why reflection belongs here
You do not need another perfect plan.
You need a place to hear yourself again.
Tiny Steps to Riches is for the woman who is tired of measuring her life against everyone else’s. Good financial decisions do not come from copying somebody else’s life. They come from understanding your own, then letting the money reflect it.
Listen before fixing.
Make money personal, not performative.
Build structure that can live alongside a real life.
Take the next small step, then return when you are ready.
Every TSTR tool has a different job.
The cards put one honest question within reach. The Journal gives you room to hear yourself. The Planner turns clarity into structure. The Workbook helps you stay with the patterns underneath.
You do not have to buy everything. You only need a place to begin.

OCTOBER 2021
The Moment Everything Changed
On October 28, 2021, after 23 years in the same career, I walked away.
Not because I was reckless. Because years of small, steady automations had quietly built something bigger: choices.
I was three weeks from giving birth to my second daughter. The next morning, I closed on our family home.
This is what tiny steps can build.
THE $20 CHAPTER
How $20 Became Freedom
While others chased quick wins, I automated small amounts and left them alone.
I wasn't trying to get rich. I spent 23 years in restaurants, and I learned that freedom comes from consistent choices, not dramatic ones.
Through the long shifts, IVF, a divorce, and raising my girls, those small automations kept working.
$20 became $50. $50 became security. Security became a choice.
BUILDING IN CHAOS
Building Wealth in Chaos
I built this while giving myself fertility shots in restaurant storage closets, between 60-hour weeks.
There were no glamorous hustle moments. Just a woman slipping away between complaints, wondering if it would ever ease up.
But every month, the systems kept going. $50 automations. 401(k) contributions. Tiny steps that became my daughters' safety net.
Small actions, done consistently, add up to more than you'd think.
THE REAL NUMBERS
The Real Numbers
2007: First condo, 3.5% down.
2016: Student loans gone. Investing on autopilot.
2017: Started investing for my daughter at birth.
2021: Left my career. Closed on our family home, $50k over asking.
Not because I was rich. Because tiny steps had compounded into real choices.
Small, steady actions built the freedom to design life on my terms.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Why Traditional Advice Failed
The usual advice said hold every property, stack every asset, build wealth "by the book."
But real life isn't a spreadsheet.
I sold homes not to chase returns, but to reclaim peace. To make room to raise my girls with presence after years of pushing.
This was never about someone else's rulebook. It's about lining your money up with what actually matters to you.
